About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Retail Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the retail experience strategy and helping to document, communicate, and educate our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the future of retail and go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Become an expert on the B2B2C consumer journey by conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Establish the point-of-purchase messaging strategy by developing compelling brand stories and messaging frameworks.
  • Develop dealer education material surrounding the consumer experience, and retail and merchandising best practices by creating engaging training programs and resources.
  • Ensure inter-department alignment and cross-functional transfer of knowledge by facilitating regular team meetings and workshops.
  • Oversee department updates, reports, and communications by managing our internal communication channels and ensuring timely dissemination of information.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage others through effective storytelling and presentation.
  • The ability to see projects through from vision to delivery autonomously by managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop others professionally by mentoring and coaching team members.
  • The ability to build a compelling story to support the importance of a strong retail strategy by analyzing data and market trends.
  • The ability to increase the adoption of retail environment concepts throughout the dealer network and among internal stakeholders by developing and implementing effective change management initiatives.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • The ability to accommodate on occasion flexible hours to support global regions by being adaptable and flexible in your work schedule.
  • A university degree in business, communications, or arts by possessing a strong foundation in business principles and marketing strategies.
  • A proven track record in project coordination, sales, and/or brand implementation by having experience in managing projects and teams.
  • The ability to lead team members by possessing strong leadership and management skills.
  • Powersports, automotive, or retail industry experience preferred by having a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Bilingualism is required (EN/FR) by being proficient in both English and French languages.
