  • Engage, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with employees across the GB organization.
  • Apply and grow your creativity and transformational skills.
  • Work on special projects as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven project management skills – able to manage competing priorities, with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of both traditional, social, and digital communications channels.
  • A curiosity for new technologies and their potential business use-cases.
  • Able to write in a professional style that is persuasive/effective, informative, grammatically correct, and direct (plain language).
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts to communicate to a diverse audience with varying degrees of concept experience.
  • An avid learner who is resourceful and seeks to understand.
  • Creative, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Confident influencing skills with demonstrated ability to be effectively persuasive.
  • Strategic thinker – used to focusing on the big picture.
  • Self-motivated – can work with minimal input or direction.
  • French would be an asset, but not mandatory.
