Haven Medical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds and cleaning patient rooms.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding.
