Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments.
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide support as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher, as required.
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond accordingly.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations, as trained.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as required.
