Job Title: Medical Equipment and Supplies Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Equipment and Supplies Salesperson to join our team at Aumintec Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling medical equipment and supplies to healthcare professionals and institutions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates for medical equipment and supplies.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and establishing trust with key decision-makers.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Deliver sales presentations, showcasing products and services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders and payments.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Resolve product and service related problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, developing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Provide customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the medical industry, including products, services and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of sales and customer service.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
