At station1 Lebenese Kitchen, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing trial balance of books, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
