Financial Management Specialist

At station1 Lebenese Kitchen, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also be proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Financial Management Specialist at station1 Lebenese Kitchen, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
