Job Description

This exciting opportunity is available for an Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the environmental planning for multi-disciplinary transportation projects.

You will undertake quality reviews of project deliverables, including environmental assessments and technical documents that support regulatory approvals.

Our ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in stakeholder and Indigenous engagement programs.

What You'll Bring to WSP
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental studies, environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience conducting and managing environmental impact assessments, with a focus on transportation and/or water/wastewater projects.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of stakeholder and Indigenous engagement programs, including the use of innovative virtual engagement tools.
