Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Management team. This role requires a highly organized and energetic individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including meeting preparation, document management, and travel planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Accurately enter data into our computerized system, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide project administration services, including management of estimates, funding requests, change orders, schedules, forecasting, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate the flow of field paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Engineering.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and MS Project.
  • Experience in the Construction industry, an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, team player comfortable operating under firm schedule milestones.
