Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brampton. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.
  • Greet and check in sales appointments.
  • Create cash reports and receipts.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Keep the reception area, showroom, and lunchroom clean and organized.
  • Promote a positive retail operation.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a dealership is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with OneEighty software is considered an asset.
  • Works well with a team and independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
