About the Role

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Expedite and source products to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer relations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Proven people skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity.
  • Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications.
  • University degree or college diploma preferred.

What We Offer

Victaulic offers a competitive salary range of $50-$65k based on experience.
