Key Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet the needs of our guests.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- 6 months previous kitchen experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
