Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre.
Job SummaryThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to management.
