Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Island Home Furniture. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage business plans and budgets
  • Monitor and report on business performance and progress
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
