As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an established book of business consisting of both distributors and end users, while continuing to hunt for new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow an existing customer base in the Southwestern Ontario territory
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle sales experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Driven, self-motivated, and have a hunter mentality
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- 80% Medical and Dental coverage
- Cell phone allowance $100
