Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our established book of business in the Southwestern Ontario territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage sales activities and track performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competitive base salary + commission structure.
- Annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
- 3 weeks of vacation time.
