Role:

Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our established book of business in the Southwestern Ontario territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the construction industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage sales activities and track performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in the construction industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
