For nearly 50 years, Caressant Care has provided high-quality care to residents across Ontario. We operate 15 long-term care homes and 10 retirement homes, creating tight-knit communities where everyone knows and looks out for one another.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Learning and growth opportunities for professionals at all stages of their careers
\u2022 A minimum of 5 years relevant managerial experience in a Long Term Care and/or Retirement Home setting
\u2022 Long Term Care Management Certificate (preferred)
\u2022 Demonstrated knowledge of the Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act and the Retirement Homes Act
\u2022 Effective leadership and management abilities
\u2022 Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized
\u2022 Experience supporting multiple sites considered an asset
Requirements:
\u2022 Valid Ontario driver's license
\u2022 Reliable personal vehicle
\u2022 Good driving record
\u2022 Ability to travel, at times extensively
