Role Overview

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Sales Talent Agency Inc. is seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base in the Southwestern Ontario territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the construction industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users, identifying new business opportunities and capitalizing on existing ones.
  3. Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in the construction industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration in the construction industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  4. Adaptable and self-motivated individual, with a hunter mentality and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Compensation Package
  1. Base salary + commission with first-year on-target earnings of $120k (first 6 months guaranteed at this income level while you ramp up).
  2. Annual additional bonus up to 10% of base salary (up to $10k).
  3. 3 weeks vacation.
  4. 80% Medical and Dental coverage.
  5. Cell phone allowance $100.
  6. Travel expenses.
  7. Laptop and tablet provided.
