Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at E&M Maintenance Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience is an asset
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor

$25.00 per hour
