Job Description

E&M Maintenance Services LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • General Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Snow and Ice Removal: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Repairs and Adjustments: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Work Environment: Work with minimal supervision and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
