Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Assist with snow removal and ice control
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week
