E&M Maintenance Services LTD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as emptying trash cans and other waste containers. You will also be responsible for washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. If you are a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who is able to work with minimal supervision, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
