Accounts Payable Clerk Opportunity

Capital Automotive Group Inc./ DBA Capital Automall is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to manage financial data and records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
