Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, verifying and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
