About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. As one of the fastest-growing automotive groups in the region, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
