About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Specialist to join our team in Calgary, AB. As an integral part of our Avionics department, you will be responsible for performing maintenance checks and servicing Avionics systems on customer aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and service Avionics systems, including communications, navigation, autopilot, and electrical power distribution systems.
  • Conduct day-to-day tasks related to Avionics installation, troubleshooting, and repair on customer aircraft, ensuring prompt follow-up on existing services.
  • Test, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Avionics equipment within a budgeted timeframe.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to crew members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, documenting all activities in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Transport Canada Certified AME-E License is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Avionics system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to obtain an ACA certification within a reasonable timeframe.
