About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to develop and execute content plans that showcase Indochino's brand voice and aesthetic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, growth, and customer experience teams, to produce high-quality content that resonates with our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Create and publish engaging content (video, images, and text) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms in line with Indochino's brand voice.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
- Work with influencers and partners to amplify our social presence and ensure a consistent and authentic brand narrative.
- Develop and manage Indochino's content calendar in conjunction with the brand and promo calendars.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, reporting insights, and recommending optimizations for increased engagement and reach.
- Partner closely with the customer experience team to escalate and address customer concerns on social platforms.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- A strong understanding of key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends.
- Proven ability to create engaging content in collaboration with creative teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with influencers and supporting partnership content.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Indochino offers a flexible work environment with hybrid options, as well as opportunities to work with influencers and top-tier athletes and brands.
