Digital Affiliate Marketing Strategist

We're looking for a strategy-driven affiliate marketing professional with a passion for influencer marketing and the digital space to help us continue to build on our triple-digit annual growth and drive affiliate revenue for clients.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for autonomously managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This includes developing strong client relationships, as well as developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive affiliate revenue and brand awareness for our clients.
Your expertise in affiliate marketing will help build out our affiliate ecosystem and establish best-in-class management processes for affiliate campaigns. The affiliate-influencer growth is a key priority for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow the affiliate revenue for our brand and agency partners
- Build out affiliate-influencer proofs of concept and best practices
- Educate the broader team of Account Managers on best practices for affiliate marketing
- Guide our team of Account Managers on day-to-day affiliate campaign management
- Train and build a team of affiliate marketers as the segment and company grows
- Build and update Affiliate Marketing SOPs for the Customer Success team as needed
- Regularly report to the Executive team on individual campaign performance & consolidated performance across the business
- Monitor & manage Affiliate Network Dashboards (Impact, AWIN, Rakuten, etc)
- Optimize and oversee all affiliate partnerships & revenue for our brands
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through various channels
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
- Consistently monitor affiliate performance to make rapid, data-driven decisions to optimize revenue
- Regularly conduct data tracking and data analysis to assess the success of affiliate programs
- Provide product input on the Creator platform to better drive, manage, and measure affiliate programs.
- Serve as a thought leader in the Affiliate Marketing space through blog posts, monthly newsletters, and other educational materials
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within a B2C company, performance marketing agency, or network
- Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, AWIN, CJ Affiliate, etc.)
- Proven ability to test & refine affiliate campaigns to drive conversions
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and performance metrics
- Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices
- Experience with marketing channel tracking, reporting, and attribution
- High level of familiarity with affiliate network interfaces (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, AWIN, etc.)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset. Strong systems thinker with a knack for digesting data, drawing meaningful insights, and making strategic recommendations
- Performance-driven approach
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Experience in the Creator Economy or Influencer Marketing is an asset
