Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Client Success to lead our Client Services team at Creator, a renowned influencer marketing platform in Vancouver's startup ecosystem.

Your Role:

As our Director of Client Success, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of strategists specializing in social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with other departments to integrate creative and data-driven strategies that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of strategists in developing and executing customized influencer, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies to meet diverse client objectives and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their business goals are met through effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of campaign plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue generation and system performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to pitch services to potential clients and develop proposals that highlight the agency's unique capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms, sharing insights and industry knowledge both internally and externally.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and emerging e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, driving collaboration, and achieving high-performance results.
  • A strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative and data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and make informed adjustments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
