Job Summary

Aecon is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our infrastructure development projects, working closely with our engineering and construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document management, and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
