* Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
* Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs for project teams

* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports

Requirements:
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
