At LOVELY PAO MANUFACTURING CORP., we are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, highlighting gross and net salaries, as well as deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, and insurance and pension plans.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, to support the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Compile statistics and reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
