Store Manager Opportunity in Retail

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Synergie Hunt International inc. in St. John's, NL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement effective inventory management and replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance store appearance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets business objectives.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Flexibility with regard to availability and work schedules.
