Job Title: Gas Station Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Petro Canada Victoria. As a Gas Station Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our gas station, including daily operations, staff management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
