Job Title: Petro Canada Victoria Gas Station Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at Petro Canada Victoria. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our gas station, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Inventory management: Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Customer service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail gas station or convenience store environment.
- Computer skills: Database software, inventory control software, computerized bookkeeping system, electronic mail, and MS Outlook.
