Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Petro Canada Victoria. As a Gas Station Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the gas station, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the gas station, including supervising staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise and supplies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station management role.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
