Gas Station Manager

Petro Canada Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our convenience store and gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Analytical, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, maturity, patience, and ability to multitask.
