Job Summary

Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the enablement of business capabilities through technology. As the Director of Technology Enablement, you will play a critical role in designing and managing the ways in which technology supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology delivery strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects using scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure project progress and provide executive visibility to major milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing teams of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
