Job Title: Director of Technology Enablement

At Sentrex Health Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology Enablement to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in designing and managing the ways in which technology enables business capabilities at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the technology delivery strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects using scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure project progress, provide executive visibility to major milestones and align resourcing to agreed upon priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, DevOps, Data Delivery, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  • Advance the ways of working within the team by implementing agile best practices and maturing enterprise planning process.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing teams of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
