The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Team Lead at Sabitri's Global Cuisine, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and Coordinating Staff: You will oversee the daily activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Requisitioning Food and Kitchen Supplies: You will be responsible for ordering food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Training and Development: You will work closely with our training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new staff members.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: You will prepare and manage budgets, ensure compliance with financial policies, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Quality Control: You will maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-6 months of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a kitchen setting
