Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in hospitality, business, or related field an asset
