Mental Health Clinician

The Mental Health Clinician - Case Management is a critical role in providing timely, responsive, and evidence-based treatment to individuals with serious mental health problems, substance use concerns, and development disabilities.
This position involves working as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team to assess, treat, and manage cases, providing community support and urgent response as needed. The clinician will function as a primary clinician utilizing various treatment modalities and therapies for individuals, groups, and families.
Intensive case management teams play a vital role in helping clients achieve personal recovery goals, stabilize their lives, and improve their quality of life. This includes coordinating services across the mental health system and other service systems such as criminal justice, developmental services, and addictions.
As a Mental Health Clinician - Case Management, you will be responsible for building trusting relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing the necessary support and resources to help them achieve their goals.
Job Highlights:
- Relieft part-time (0.50 FTE) until February 28, 2025 or the return of the incumbent
- Alternate Monday and Tuesday shifts, Monday to Wednesday shifts from 08:00 to 16:00
- Competitive hourly wage of $41.42 - $55.91 per hour effective April 1, 2024

You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized support to promote independence and quality of life.
