Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chachi's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Own transportation.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, attention to detail.

Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, dependability.
