Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Northwestel. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales of our core communications products and services to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of core communications products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Provide information and demonstrations of communications products and services to customers in a retail storefront setting.
  • Take ownership to continually learn and understand Northwestel's products, services, and promotional offerings to effectively present solutions to customers.
  • Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Activate and configure services and features for customers.

Requirements:

  • High-school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a customer service computerized environment
  • Minimum one-year consultative sales experience in a retail environment
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Possess excellent English written/verbal communication skills
