Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Porter Creek Super A Foods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise, counting and recording inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
