Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Coast Mountain Sports. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Job Summary:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
