Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Taku Sports Group.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of all products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
