Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization & Standardization: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in production processes to maximize output. Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures within the designated production line. Oversee change management initiatives and validate process effectiveness.
- Equipment & System Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust systems to streamline production operations. Conduct thorough equipment assessments and implement necessary upgrades or repairs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Hands-On Leadership & Problem Solving: Provide on-the-floor leadership and support to the production team. Drive rapid changeovers and minimize production downtime. Analyze and resolve production issues through data-driven problem-solving.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering in a food manufacturing environment, along with 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in change management and equipment processes.
- Proven communication skills.
