Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead our construction team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee the day-to-day activities of the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other departments
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development
  • Recruit and hire workers and manage staffing actions
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Recommend personnel actions and resolve work problems
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other work units
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and overtime
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors in a noisy, dusty, and at-heights environment. The site will be located at various locations, and the supervisor will be required to travel.
