Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Shivraj Ghuman Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 labourers in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of production, progress, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed estimates of costs and materials required for each project.
  2. Coordinate and supervise workers to ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Recruit and hire new employees as needed, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.
  4. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and respect among employees.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate costs and materials accurately.
